The framework of Butyl Persefose HP hydrophobic resin is highly cross-linked agarose, which retains the excellent hydrophilicity and pore structure of natural polysaccharide compounds and has good compatibility with biological macromolecules. The average particle size of Butyl Persefose HP is 34 μm, which has a higher resolution efficiency than Butyl Persefose 4FF. The surface contains hydrophobic ligands; the ligand is butyl, which is particularly suitable for the fine separation and purification of recombinant proteins, antibodies, vaccines, virus-like particles and other highly hydrophobic biological molecules.
